kickboxing

On October 13 I took a major leap in the exercise world and joined a kickboxing class. I hate exercise and I'm sure exercise hates me back. I have been faithfully going for the last five weeks. My alarm is set for 5:30 and I am out the door at 5:45. I love it.
There has been one problem I have managed to gain weight instead of lose weight. I know, I know my wonderful husband keeps telling me that I"m gaining muscle. That is really nice of him, but I know the fact is that is not possible.
So, this week I am going to put my years of nutrition training into practice and see if I eat right if the weight will come off. I bet my weight will just start falling off when this happens.

Oh October 13th, the day I chose Jenny Craig and lost 55 pounds. I think that's a special day and I hope it goes well for you too. Although, two kids later....I need another October 13th to come around and whisk me back into shape. I'm rooting for you!

good for you! it would be nearly impossible for me to wake at 530am to exercise, i am proud of you. btw, i'm curious what your nutrition training is....i sometimes think about getting into that for my 'next' career.
