Every year it seems I get ready for Christmas earlier and earlier. My rule of thumb usually is the Christmas stuff does not show it's face till after Thanksgiving. Last year was the first year I got a few things out early. I blamed it on my pregnancy. This year I do not have anything to blame it on. I am playing Christmas music all day, have the Christmas candles burning and yesterday I brought out some of the decorations. So, at the McNally house Christmas has begun.

i think when it gets colder, we start thinking about it. i kind of complain about how early all the stuff is out in stores, but then realize it's a wonderful thing to be celebrating for as long as we'd like. have fun!
Nah! It is fun, I don't think it's too early. I am guilty of pointing out the stores' eagerness to pull out Christmas but then go home and wish I could pull out all the stuff. It's just a fun time of the year. Knock yourself out girl, I'm with ya!
