Shopping

As many of you know my favorite thing in the whole world to do for a past time is shopping. This past Saturday I was able to drop the kids off at church and spend a few hours with my friend shopping. Here's the problem nothing fits!!!!!!!!!!! As I have told some of you, my body hears the words your pregnant and instantly can't fit into my cloths. My body is very stubborn and not very nice. I'm at the point where it is WAY to early for maternity clothes, but my other clothes are just not fitting right. My friend Leslie turned me onto some pants at Old Navy. They were a hit!!!!!!!! I'm sorry but for the next few months you will only see me in two outfits. I hope most of you don't notice. At least I won't be wearing my black sweat outfit. Up till this weekend that was all I had. Thanks for letting me share my clothes problem with you.

Change your jewelry and hair-do every time you wear the same outfit! You'd be amazed at how that will make it seem like a whole new gettup!

Besides, you're so cute, it overrides any repetitive clothing issues!

The only thing I don't like about this post is the fact that I turned you on to pants that fit a pregnant lady, and I own the same pair and they fit my non-pregnant self!

And, you know me, I am so non-observant you could wear the same outfit for 3 years and I wouldn't pick up on it!

In a couple of months you'll be able to fit in all the maternity stuff and be super cute :)

You are the cutest person I know. You can wear the same outfit everyday and I will love you just the same. My clothes don't fit and I am not even pregnant.

I would also like to say for the record that you gave out Leslie's name, but made mine a mystery. I like being the mysterious friend. Everyone is notw thinking..who went shopping with Kristan? Let's not tell anyone that its me, okay?

It was a mere 6 weeks into my pregnancy with Zachary and none of my pants fit. It was not fun. I turned to maternity clothes way too early. I forgot how long I had to wear them after he was born too.

It will pass, good for you to at least go and buy two outfits for now. I bet you look great in them. Everyone here is right, you always look great.

So, on the days you are tired of the clothes and think others are too, come back and read our comments. You are beautiful, inside and out.

Gee, now I can't wait to see you in your new outfits. Will you be at church on Sunday? I'll keep my eyes peeled for you.

Old Navy is such a lifesaver. I pretty much live in a pair of jeans from there, hoping that someday I'll get back into my pre-preg jeans.

I have no doubt you will look so cute in your new outfit!

Pants for the prego person...
Target has some cute comfy gaucho pants for like $13, but I have learned either you like gauchos or you don't hopefully you do b/c they are super cute and super comfy! Plus there are all sorts of cute sweat stuff out their. I myself love capri sweats but I have yet to find very many of them that DON'T have some silly saying on the butt.
Shirts...
Loong shirts and tanks are still in style I have had good luck finding these at ROSS!
Hopefully you can find some cute comfy clothes inbetween now and maturnity clothes. Its important to feel good about yourself especially when your pregnant. I myself think your so pretty seriously you have the most awesome blue eyes! PLus your bubbly and cute and sweet and....this could go on and on because your just that great!

I agree with Sharon, it's prime-time for accessories! However, being pregnant has it's up side, really no one notices what your wearing, just the fact that you are so cute and pregnant! The plus for you...beautiful before pregnancy!

Enjoy that baby growing inside you, that's what it's all about!

Amen to Alida...also, I recommend checking out Burlington Coat Factory's (tiny) maternity section...I found some shirts there that didn't make me feel giant. :)
