What a crazy few weeks we have had!!! I wanted to highlight the last few weeks before time slips away from me. This month is flying by and I don't want to forget some very important things that have gone on in the McNally family.
Right after Christmas the kids and I flew out to see the cousins in New Mexico. This trip deserves a post all in itself. We had a wonderful time and as always it makes us miss the cousins even more.
The day we got back we had 10 hours to do laundry and repack to head down to Sacramento for a few days for Ryan to have an interview. Ryan had his interview on Monday and by Tuesday they were calling him back for a second one. Thursday he went in and did his second interview and the next morning we were off to Oregon.
We had a wonderful time in Oregon. Again this trip deserves a HUGE post but I am going to highlight a few things.
1. Logan turned 2 in Oregon. It seems fitting he would celebrate his second birthday here since that his were he came into the world.
2. We were able to go to church at Court Street.
3. We were able to catch up with ALOT of our good friends.
4. Last but not least the whole reason we headed to Oregon was to take Logan for his specialists visit. Again I have so much to write about these doctor visits. The bottom line is the doctors confirmed what we already new that he is a complete Miracle. I am going to do a post on Miracles but as for now I want to say that Logan is truly a walking Miracle!!!! The liver doctor told us that he never wants to see us again. His liver has completely returned to NORMAL. He has a normal baby liver!!!! The kidney doctor told us that everything about his kidneys is NORMAL. They are functioning on a normal level. They are still two different sizes and they are on the small size, but they are NORMAL!!!! The kidney doc told us that in his 40 years of practice he has NEVER seen a baby completely heal like Logan has. He does not want to see us for three years!!!!
Praise the LORD for HE is good!!!!
5. While we were in Oregon Ryan got the call that they wanted him for the Sacramento job!!!! We are soooooo excited!!!!
6. We move February 1st.
So like I said some very crazy times have been happening these last few weeks.
What a wonderful start to 2010!!!!!

Snow

OK these pictures are HORRIBLE quality but I had to just capture the amount of snow we have gotten this year. I thought last year was alot, oh my goodness no. Last year looked like a dusting of salt compared to this year. From the pictures you can see the snow is up to Morgan's knees. It has been so crazy, but so much fun. One evening Brandan went outside with Ryan at 1030 to shovel the driveway. If we didn't shovel at that time it would of been way to crazy in the morning to get the car out. CRAZY, CRAZY. So much fun. Now I'm praying for another white Christmas.

New Tradition
I found this really cute idea somewhere that I am going to use this Thanksgiving. You take a table cloth and a cloth marker. Everyone that is celebrating Thanksgiving with you has to sign the tablecloth and write what they are thankful for. I thought this was a great idea. It is a wonderful tradition that can be passed down for years.

Traditions
I think traditions are so important. Traditions are what memories are made of. I want my kids to look back on their childhood and remember that we sang Happy Birthday to Jesus every year on Christmas. Christmas cookies put out for Santa every year before bed were a must. New jammies and a game that we played on Christmas Eve were a must have. Decorating the house the day after Thanksgiving.
These are just a couple of the traditions I have set up for our family. I would love to add some more. Would you please share what your family does every year to make those special memories?
I now know I have five readers, so I'm expecting at least five comments.

Just can't cut it this year
Last November it was a hit. I loved blogging every day for a month. I lived for what I was going to write down everyday. Reading all of my other friends who took this challenge was so much fun.
Well, not this year. I just can't cut it!! I'm just not feeling the blogs this year. I have lots to write about but just not into it.
For those two people that read my blog I will continue posting just not the November challenge.
