11 months

Happy 11 months my little man. You are such a wonderful baby who is growing up WAY to fast. Last month at this time we were still trying to get one tooth in. Over the last four weeks you have managed to get 7 more. You never fussed once over these new things growing in your mouth. The only reason I knew you even had these new teeth was because I stuck my finger in your mouth and there they were.

You are going from furniture to furniture like crazy. I know you are going to be walking before I know it. You know how to crawl normal, but you still prefer to do the army crawl.

Health wise you continue to gain weight slowly, but at least you are gaining. We see the specialists in Portland next month to see how they think you are doing. I of course go by my mommy instincts and I think you are as normal as any McNally can be.

It is neat to look back last year at this time as we were anticipating your arrival. Little did I know what God was going to have in store for our lives. You have taught me so much in your short little 11 months.

Thank you so much little man for being such a blessing to me.

Christmas Solo

The video can only be as good as the person taking the video. It is a horrible quality, but you get the point of Morgan's beautiful voice. She is the first person to sing.

Christmas Program

This Sunday was the Christmas program at Morgan's school. I tried to download her solo, but I am just not that good yet. I will try again later. You will just have to trust me when I say she did awesome. She was so confident. When I asked her if she was nervous she said, "No, why would I be mom." Well, maybe because you are singing a solo in front of 400 people. I guess I'm just not meant to be on stage like my daughter. She must get that from Mr. McNally.

Creepy Crawlers

I have made it no secret to my children that I have MAJOR arachnophobia. I have tried so hard to not pass this down to my children. When a spider appears I tell my brain, don't react just act calm. Of course it is not in my nature to act calm.
Apparently here in Nevada they have very large spiders. We have been witnessing these large guys first hand. With the weather being so cold at night these little guys have worked there way into my home. At least once a day I have found one crawling somewhere in the house.
Here's where the kids come into play. Brandan has decided that we can't kill these guys. We must save them. He is scared to death of them, but by no means are we allowed to kill the little creepy crawlers. Mr. McNally and I are faced with a major moral delima do we kill the spider like a normal family, or do we try our best to preserve the little guy and set him free. So far the latter has not happened, but please don't tell my little Brandan.
As soon as I get over my fear of these ugly creepy crawlers I will post a picture. If you know me at all you aren't holding your breath for that picture.

Christmas Pictures

Every year I have been so on board with doing Christmas pictures. I love getting Christmas cards and I love sending ours out. This year my mood has been a little different. On Sunday I told Mr. McNally that it was time to take the Christmas picture. My original thought was to have all five of us in the picture. After much thought I decided I just didn't have it in me to get myself ready for this picture. After getting the kids all ready and propped in front of the Christmas tree for a perfect shot I realized the shot was just not going to come. The kids were all in different moods. The picture that I put up on the header of my blog describes perfectly how they were that evening. Morgan was compliant like always, Logan was very tired and confused as to why he had to sit there and not play with the tree, and for Brandan, well he was his crazy self. So, after looking at all of the hundreds of shots that I took, I might of gotten one shot. We will just have to see.
