Last Thursday we arrived in sunny Reno, Nevada. We pretty much feel like we are on an extended vacation. For the next six months we are staying in cooperate housing, which basically means we are staying in a furnished apartment provided by Verizon. Our apartment is located in the new Marina area. The first picture is of the Marina plaza which houses my favorite coffee shop in the whole world. The second picture is of the actual marina. It is really pretty. They have an area where the kids can swim. The third picture is of my crazy kids that are loving the playground that is a walk away.
We miss all of our friends in Salem, but we must say we are enjoying the sun. Can't wait till August when my GALS come to see me. Don't worry girls I am making sure I know of all the local coffee houses and shopping areas.

Did you say sunny? Really? I don't think I remember what the sun looks like. Guess what? It's raining here...yep...in June.
Yes, we had a few sunny days, but I think it was to bid you a nice farewell. I'm so sorry I didn't get the chance to say goodbye. But like you, I'm not much for goodbyes.
