Apple Crisp

I'm going to follow Kim's idea and start doing recipes on Friday's. That is a great idea for this time of year. I love new recipes, so I hope some of you send them over my way.
These is a really easy recipe and it is very low cal.

Apple Crisp:

Heat oven to 375

Ingredients:
5 cups sliced fruit
4 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup regular rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter

1. Place sliced fruit in greased 2-quart square baking dish. Stir in sugar.

2. For topping, in a medium bowl combine the oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle topping over fruit.

3. Bake in a 375 oven for 40 minutes.

ENJOY!!!!!!!

Ona, I'm not really sure how many calories, but you figure there really isn't much sugar for the whole recipe and that is where most of your calories are going to come from. You can even us a little less butter to make it even lower. Back in the day when I worked in a nutrition center I had alot of clients that made this.
