Saying Goodbye

So I have to make a confession I am absolutely horrible at saying goodbye. I've never been good at it.
The last few months I have had the privilege to study the life of Paul with my bible study group. I am reminded as I leave that Paul had so many people that he met and interacted with then he had to leave. Paul new this people like no other, he lived with them and taught them about the Lord. After he formed these friendships he had to move to the next city. When Paul would leave he knew he would never see these people again. He knew the Lord had work for him to do in other places.
Please do not take this wrong, I in no way, shape or form am comparing my life with that of Paul's. I am simply saying I have come to Salem for a purpose and now it is time to leave and serve the Lord in another city.
I have formed friendships here that I will never loose. Thank the Lord I am not like Paul and I know that I will see all of my friends again.
Thank you to all of you for making my time in Salem so wonderful. I can't wait to continue reading all of your blogs to see how you all are doing.
So, if I get the privilege of seeing you guys before Tuesday I will give you a huge hug and say goodbye. If I don't see you, I love you and will see you soon.

Going Away Slumber Party

When we told Morgan that we were moving the first question she asked was if she could have a slumber party with all of her friends before we leave. Well, Saturday night was the night. The girls had a BLAST. A dance party, twister, and a movie were the highlights of the night. I know Morgan is going to miss all of her friends. This was a great way for her to say goodbye to all of her friends.

4 months old

Little Logan is now 4 months old!!!!
He is such a wonderful baby. He sleeps through the night, takes three naps a day.
He is trying to roll over. He gets over to his side and then that is where the fun ends. Logan is truly a wonderful blessing to our lives. Everyday I do not take for granite because of him. Logan has taught me so many things I think the most important thing he has taught me is every day is a blessing. You never know what tomorrow will bring. I know I have today and I will rejoice in that day. Good job Logan on turning 4 months.

A week of Sun

The kids and I decided we would follow Ryan down to CA for the week.

We had a great time swimming, going to the zoo, and playing at the park.

One of my good friends even let me crash her house with my three crazy kids to see her brand new beautiful baby girl.

THE DATE

A few weeks ago Ryan decided it was time for him and Morgan to go out on a date. Months ago P.L. (pre-Logan), Monday was there date day. It was a Monday and he told Morgan in the morning that they were going to go to lunch and a movie. With excitement in her eyes she ran upstairs to her room to get ready. I was a little nervous to see what she would come down in. She had put on her favorite dress, tights, and black patten leather shoes. She called down for me to come up and see her. When I got upstairs she said, "mom would you mind putting some makeup on me for my date." My heart melted. We spent time her and I apply the perfect amount of makeup for her beautiful face (which of course only really consisted of some lip gloss). After she felt she was dolled up enough she ran down to meet her daddy for her date. Arm in arm they went to the car to begin the perfect adventure.

My Boys

There are very few things in life that make me happier than this picture. For many reasons this picture makes me smile. Just seeing two out of my three favorite boys hanging out watching t.v.
